Advice for using hair products: do not spray hairspray or any other products over the hair claw. These products will leave a residue on the nacre which will damage the lustre and orient of the gem stone. Use your hand to shield the claw when you are using hairspray to fix your hairstyle. If you do happen to spray the Kristin with any product, then gently use a damp cloth to wipe away the residue and leave the hair claw to air dry.
